"Violet, gray, reddish Fuzzy, colourful rugs spread around the display cases full of Bronze Age lurs, jewelry and shields to create a sensually sated experience challenging our physical understanding of the space. The soft rugs on the fine parquet flooring and the little paintings on the walls work together to create an unusually home-like feel in the middle of the museum. The rugs and paintings disturb the established order of the permanent ex- hibition, expanding limits to allow more open meetings between the materials of past and present. Nielsen indicates the transition from prehistoric times to the present by drawing attention to the display cases that constitute a link between then and now.
